1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to exchange the product provided by the store within seven days following the date of receiving the product. The consumer is not entitled to exchange the product after the seven-day period has passed.
2- To exchange a product, the product must be in good condition, and the consumer must not have used the product or benefited from it. The store has the right to inspect the product before exchanging it to ensure its condition. The consumer shall bear the shipping cost if they wish to exchange the product. For international exchanges, the consumer shall bear all shipping costs and the cost of delivering the product to the shipping company. In the event of defects or an error, the consumer will be compensated.

5- If the contract involves the provision of accommodation, transportation, or food services.
6- If the contract involves the purchase of downloadable software products via the internet.
