WOVEN DESIGN Store is an online store registered under Commercial Registration No. 1009037677, and the following are the regulations governing your use of this store and all legal consequences resulting from your use of the store’s services via the internet through this electronic platform.
Whether the user is a consumer of the store’s service or product or otherwise, this constitutes their agreement and acceptance, while having full capacity recognized under Sharia, statutory, and legal requirements, of all articles and provisions of this agreement. It also confirms your commitment to its regulations and everything stated therein. This agreement applies to all types of transactions between the user and the store.
This agreement shall be deemed effective immediately upon your registration with or use of WOVEN DESIGN Store pursuant to Article Ten of the Saudi Electronic Transactions Law.
The following are the terms and conditions governing your use of and access to the pages of the store’s website or applications:
1. WOVEN DESIGN Store, the brand, and all logos, pages, links, tools, designs, videos, images, applications, and their associated features have legal and intellectual property rights commercially registered with the Ministry of Commerce, and no person whatsoever, for any purpose, has the right to use or copy them without a license and written permission from the trademark owner.

Article One: Definitions
1. Store: The WOVEN DESIGN Store website and the applications and sales channels it represents.
2. Customer: Any person who deals with the store for the purpose of purchasing and shopping.
3. Order: The product / products purchased by the customer from the store.
4. Order Status (Being Prepared): The period between the store receiving the order and the moment the product is prepared.
5. Order Status (Being Delivered): The period between preparing the order and the moment it is delivered to the customer.
6. Order Status (Completed): The process in which the store has completed delivery of the order and the customer has received the product.
7. Order Status (Pre-Order): The process of ordering a product before it becomes available in the store, which may involve a period of up to 45 days before the product is delivered to the customer.
Article Two - Legal Capacity of the User:

The user acknowledges that they have the legal capacity recognized under Sharia and applicable laws to deal with the store, or that they are at least eighteen years of age.

The user agrees that they shall bear the consequences of this violation before third parties in the event of violating this requirement.

Article Three - Nature of WOVEN DESIGN Store’s Obligation:
1. The store’s obligation toward consumers or users is to provide the (service or product).
2. The store may provide other services, such as after-sales services or other related services, depending on the nature and type of the (service or product) requested by the user.
3. The store provides a (pre-order) service, and accordingly, the store requires a period ranging from 21 to 30 days to complete the customer’s order, after which the product will be shipped to the customer in accordance with the terms and conditions related to shipping and delivery.
4. The quality of the sleeves has been improved and modified to display the characters with greater accuracy and detail. Therefore, there may be some minor differences between the old design and the new design, and we would therefore like to bring this to the attention of our valued customers.
5- The order processing time during all seasons except the winter season ranges from 1 - 3 business days. During the winter season, the processing time may reach up to 21 business days.
6- For custom orders, the store requires a period ranging from 14 to 21 business days to complete the customer’s order, after which the product will be shipped to the customer in accordance with the terms and conditions related to shipping and delivery.
Article Four - Terms of Use of WOVEN DESIGN Store:
1. The user undertakes to use the store’s electronic platform in accordance with public morals and the regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2. When purchasing a service or product from the store, the user undertakes not to use such service or product in a manner that violates public morals or the regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Article Five - Accounts and Registration Obligations:
Upon applying to become a member of the store as a user, you are required to disclose certain information and choose a username and a confidential password to use when accessing the store’s services.
By doing so, you agree to the following:
1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password, and you therefore agree to immediately notify the store of any unauthorized use of your account information with the store or any other breach of your confidential information.
2. WOVEN DESIGN Store shall under no circumstances be responsible for any loss that may affect you directly or indirectly, whether moral or material, as a result of the disclosure of your username or password information.
3. You undertake to use your account with the store personally, as you are fully responsible for it. If someone else uses it, this shall be considered evidence that you have authorized them to use the store in your name and on your behalf.
4. You undertake to act seriously and honestly when using the store.
5. You undertake to disclose true, accurate, up-to-date, complete, and lawful information about yourself as required during registration with the store, and you undertake to update your information if it changes in reality or whenever necessary.
6. The store undertakes to treat your personal information and contact details with complete confidentiality.
7. In the event of failure to comply with any of the above, the store management shall have the right to suspend or cancel your membership or prevent you from accessing the store’s services again.
Article Six - Electronic Communications and Official Means of Communication:
1. The parties to this agreement agree that communication shall take place through the email address or phone number registered with the store.
2. The user agrees that all agreements, announcements, statements, and other communications provided electronically shall have the same effect as their written counterparts and shall constitute independent evidence in satisfying statutory and Sharia requirements.
3. The user agrees that they may be contacted and notified of any provisions related to this agreement or their dealings through the store management sending general messages to all users or to specific users of “WOVEN DESIGN.”
Article Seven - Amendments to the Terms of Use and Fees:
1. The store may notify you of any amendment to this agreement through the means of communication available under this agreement, pursuant to which your obligations may increase or your rights may decrease in accordance with any amendments made to this agreement.
2. In the event of an objection to any amendment to the Terms of Use, the store requests that you stop using its services, as merely accessing your account in the store or using it shall be deemed your acceptance of the amendments and your full and complete approval thereof without ambiguity.
3. The store may impose fees on certain users depending on the offers, products, or services they request, or any fees or taxes imposed by the state based on the nature of the product or service.

All fees are calculated in Saudi Riyals, and the user shall pay all fees due on the platform in addition to any other expenses added by “WOVEN DESIGN Store,” provided that payment is made using the approved, specified, and available payment methods through “WOVEN DESIGN Store.”

Article Eight – Payment and Settlement Services at WOVEN DESIGN Store:
1. WOVEN DESIGN Store, through its partners, provides a payment and settlement system. Payment may be made entirely online through the available payment options or through any payment method provided by “WOVEN Store” from time to time.

The store undertakes to provide invoices, payment receipts, and receipt vouchers for all amounts paid, and undertakes to provide the user with an electronic invoice for the purchase of a service or product.

WOVEN DESIGN Store undertakes to provide generally accepted accounting standards in its online store, in implementation of the provisions of this agreement and in view of the legal, economic, commercial, and regulatory interests arising from such regulation.

Article Nine – Payment Using Tabby:
1. Service: Buy Now, Pay Later
2. A WOVEN DESIGN Store customer must have a verified account with Tabby in order to use the “Buy Now, Pay Later” feature to purchase goods or services provided by our store and make payments, with the customer fully committed to making payments on the due date or before the scheduled date, as agreed with Tabby.

Article Ten - Your Personal Information and Transaction Details:
1. The user acknowledges that they grant WOVEN DESIGN Store an unlimited, worldwide, permanent, irrevocable, royalty-free right and license to use personal information, materials, or otherwise that they have provided or supplied to the store or published on the store through joining or using it, whether through the designated order forms, any electronic message, or any of the communication channels available on the platform. This is for the purpose of achieving any interests that the store deems appropriate.
2. The provisions governing the confidentiality of consumer information are subject to the store’s “Privacy and Information Confidentiality Policy” and to the provisions related to information confidentiality stated in this agreement.
