Shipping and Delivery Policy

We strive to ensure that your orders reach you as quickly as possible.

Orders placed through our store are processed in two steps:

• Step One: Order processing time. Since our orders are made to order, the processing time depends on the type of hoodie as follows:

1- Processing time is 1–3 business days within the Kingdom for regular orders.

2- If the order is a custom design, it requires 14–21 business days.

3- University designs require 4–6 business weeks, with a minimum quantity of 12 pieces for new designs to avoid new design setup fees.

Note: Please keep in mind that business days are Sunday through Thursday when calculating the processing time, meaning Friday and Saturday are not included.

• Step Two: Shipping and delivery, as follows:

Domestic shipping within the Kingdom takes 1–3 business days.

International shipping takes 3–10 business days.
